Persistent subsea information for security and defence

SeaWay Dome provides persistent seabed sensing, low-frequency magnetic communications and navigation support for autonomous underwater operations. Lattice devices retain time-stamped information between patrols. Fixed gateways, AUVs, ROVs and UAVs recover information through the route suited to the operating area. OIS supplies subsea information, status and location inputs for integration with customer C2, combat-management and C4ISR systems.

Designed for integration

OIS equipment is designed to integrate with customer autonomy, mission-management and communications systems. It provides persistent information from fixed subsea devices and enables recovery by fixed gateways, AUVs, ROVs or UAVs.

State on Mission JIP

State on Mission is OIS's 2026–27 Autonomous Operations Phase 5. It will qualify Lattice Neptune for autonomous subsea monitoring, Lattice VMS for position and sensing information, and vehicle-mounted Lattice E-Field for non-contact electrical-field assessment. Participants receive integration findings, trial information, defined operating limits and the final technical assessment.

Meet OIS at Euronaval 2026

OIS will be at Euronaval 2026 in Paris, discussing persistent subsea monitoring, autonomous operations and protection of critical underwater infrastructure. We are seeking discussions with naval, security and autonomy partners.

Contact OIS to discuss a requirement or arrange a meeting at Euronaval.
