Ocean Information Services (OIS) is a UK deep technology company founded and led by Brendan Hyland, with an experienced technical and commercial team across the UK, US and Netherlands. We combine engineering expertise with commercial understanding to develop and deliver sensing, intelligent hardware and wireless communications that help customers extend asset life, reduce risk and minimise environmental footprint.

Our Lattice products and solutions connect persistent subsea monitoring with above-water information, monitoring systems and live digital twins. We combine sensor design and integration, low-power electronics and edge processing—including machine learning and AI—with engineering support throughout the deployment life. We also design and build resilient subsea data-centre modules.

Our work spans offshore energy, environmental monitoring and maritime security. Delivery includes pipeline-walking monitoring for TotalEnergies' CLOV3 development. Our joint industry projects extend these capabilities into floating offshore wind and autonomous subsea monitoring.
